[Resolved] Tikona — threatening and forcing me to pay for unused service | |||||
Tikona broadband company is threatening and forcing me to pay for unused service. I registered with them for broadband service in the month of september 2018, i paid upfront for 3month ie from (Sep 7 to oct 7), (Oct 7 to nov), (Nov 7 to dec 7). Connection and there service both are pathetic, i have raised complaints several times to resolve the issue, by nov end internet connection was very slow and the connection used to breakdown every 5min, i raised a complaint, and it was not resolved, i stopped using there service by nov 5 and called there customer care and raised a request to disconnect the connection, after that i kept getting calls from billing team to pay december month rent, i clearly explained them my connection ends on dec 7th and i have called customer care to disconnect the connection before that only and i havnt used there connection at all. Also there executives only confirmed that i have not used there data (Service) from dec 5.in january tikona executive came home to collect the amount i clearly explained again that had raised a request to disconnect the connection. He gave me a email address and suggested me to send a mail, which i did on spot in front of him. He said its done and left. Know im getting call from tikon advocate stating they will raise a complaint against me as defaulter. They are threating me and stating i will have to pay 85000 as fine to them. Please help me.
