Hi,
I am getting threatening calls from the number [protected] from a person claiming his name advocate virendra sharma. He is threatening me to pay my tikona broadband's outstanding bill of rs 2000.
My customer id is [protected].
Let me be very clear here, the last bill paid was on 17-apr-2017 and before paying the bill we called the customer care to deactivate our connection as we are no longer willing to use the service. Our request was generated under id [protected].
Since i was getting these calls today from some advocate who was threatening me for a legal action, i called tikona customer care and asked them that why there is an outstanding bill amount as i have already closed the account. They informed that they did not registered the request for closure, instead they registered it as a technical complaint and they claim to resolve it and kept my account active.
This is so unprofessional.
First your customer care is not taking the requests correctly and now some self proclaimed advocate is calling and harassing me.
