[Resolved]  Tikona — Threatening Call from Recovery Agent to recover unused billing charges on behalf of Tikona

Hi,

I had been used Tikona broadband since February 22, 2015. And I had been paid my every month bill on time without any overdue.

At the end of September 2015, network was totally down, I was not able to use the network and complaint about the same to customer service. But I did get not any proper response/solution/complaint reference from them anymore.

Finally, after a week they said your area is not feasible to give good service and if you want, you may go for termination.

After wasting my time on useless arguments with customer service, I had decided and told them for termination but said I will not pay for the last month since I had not used your service due to network down.

They told me to pay for it and did not initiated my connection termination. I have paid them until November 2015 (Last Payment ID: 1-[protected] on[protected] even though I was not using the service since September 25, 2015.
After all I was getting call from them to pay for further months also. Even I had highlighted them that I have already requested for service disconnection and paid all dues, but they were saying I was using their service. But I did not used it.
Finally they were assigned a third party recovery agent. And I am getting call from the agent representative till today and asking for overdue bill payment.
Still I don’t know why I am getting overdue. How did they forged this overdue? So I was called Tikona to get details. I am unable to connect customer service even after holding on in their queue for a long time (Tried many times).
Every day, recovery agent person is calling and threatening me. It is really frustrating and getting disappointed mentally.

Please take necessary action.
