[Resolved] Tikona — threatening call - payment not made | |||
This is regarding the complaint with the due amount we are not paying. We requested customer care to change the plan from 3 months to 1 month, but the bill was generated for 3 months. We paid for only one month as we were planning to shift to a new location. Attaching payment screenshot for the same. We also requested a connection discontinuation request on 15th may (Attached screenshot), but they didn't. Now i am receiving threatening calls from tikona to pay the remaining amount forcefully (Which we never used). Kindly provide assistance on same. Was this information helpful? | |||
