[Resolved] Tikona — Threatening me through different different phone calls | |||||
Dear Team, My user ID number is [protected] and I have already disconnected the service last year. Also requested them many times to disconnect my service so that company does not renew my plan. Even when I havn't used the service or rarely used. Also, I disconnected the service which had informed to customer care person and they give assurance to disconnect it. But, they have not disconnected the service and told me that we are in the process . Later they sent me the bill of Rs. 300.00 approx which I denied to pay because I the service more only 2 months with package of 3 months and given all amount in advanced. paying the bill regularly but this kind response was really unacceptable. Now I got few calls from Delhi from different number viz [protected] and threatening me without giving any justification or reason. Aslo asking me pay due amount of Rs. 1300 around or else company is going to have civil case. Moreover, if Tikona give me the details that I have used the service after asking them to disconnect then I am ready to pay the bill which I continuously trying to do so with Customer care but no one has responded properly. Now, think some strict action should be taken against these callers and rest I am ready to cooperate. Was this information helpful? | |||||
