[Resolved] Tikona — threats after discontinuation of service | |||
We had a internet service from tikona done in march by paying 2500 rs for 3 months.in 5 weeks we stopped using the same due to bad speed. We sent mails to discontinue n take away the modem. Inspite of repeated following no one came. After 4 months now they are charging for one month payment for what. I m getting constant threats from so called legal people like me schadev Note the modem has been returned and collect by representative mr praveen n we have sent Receipt to tikona customer care. Pl note that the service has not been used from april 12 2018 although it was paid till may end. Why there is a pending payment when we have requested discontinuation based on email sent on april 12 and reconfirmed to customer care on calls' I am seriously disappointed and furious that tikona is choosing to threaten by way of mails and fake call for the amount which is also not technically due to tikona! Ideally as customer we should be refunded the amount for non-usage of service for 6 weeks out of 12 weeks paid for! Seriously this is the most ridiculous service that we have used till date and will never recommend or even we will make sure that any of our friends using tikona will discontinue!
