Hi, Tikona is worst internet provider, and Tikona Customer Care is like a tree of lies and fraud. Tikona will be get award for Worst ever expedience. Customer Care On 29-03-15 i have longed a complaint in Tikona regarding internet connectivity issue, Tikona Customer Care confirm me that issue will resolve in 2 hours. After two hours i got an SMS that it will take around 8 hours to resolve the issue. Now even after 8 days i am facing same issue, but every time i call in Tikona Customer Care they insure me that issue will resolve in 2 hours. I have sent email to [protected]@tikona.in and j.[protected]@tikona.in on 31-03-15 still i did not get any reply of my email.
