Tikona — Tikona a Company that robs people

user id--[protected] I am using a tikona broadband service and i am fed up from their fraud billings.I started the service from 12 feb-2015 after re-installation at other place and the outstanding bill was paid on 28 Jan 2015.Just 97 was outstanding as late fee charges.At the payment time it was told that the service must be stopped as i did not wanted to use it. After five days i called as said that it was be not be disconnected but will use it after few days as i wanted to relocate on other place within the same city. On 5th i called for re-installation but no one came than i called on 9th than a person came on 12 after several escalations. On 12 after re-installation was done at different place and since the service was not been used from late december 2014. 1> on 12 feb i first used the service with 1200(approx) rupee plan for 3 days. 2> After 3 days i changed the plan to 600 rupee plan(674 approx./mth) on 25 th the bill came (15 days just used---2081.27...means in 15 days i was billed for 3 months usage. As well as i asked the customer support 3 times from 3 different persons that i will be billed from 12 feb or not as it will be used after dec'2014 and as the services where suspended and bill was paid on 28 jan 2015, they said yes you will be billed for just 15 days only. so if i was billed for 15 days the billed would have been just 700 approx. And when they explained me about the bill around 700 was billed from 28 jan 2015 to 12 feb 2015.which i never used. And 600 or 674 approx. was billed for the next month i.e 26 feb to 25 march. and the customer representative told me that its for next month billing cycle. ---->>>>> On 26 feb the connected was suspended due to 2081.27 bill as it was not paid by me. And i was shocked to see the bill. So i thought i can't pay the bill and as service is suspended i will pay when i will have the money within next month as well as it will not be charged again. As i cannot use it. But what happens today is that these fraud company send me another months bill of 674+100=774 as next month bill. But as i told you that 600 or 674 as advance monthly was added for these month previously by the company and also my services where suspended. So how the Bill is generated. In these country i think there is no place for common people. These big companies do whatever they like. if i had studied law i would had dragged them to court for these reasons. Because they money suckers.Making big money from common people hard earned money.
