[Resolved] Tikona — Tikona - Account disconnected - Modem not yet collected | |||||
My Tikona ID [protected] was disconnected one year before. I paid all bill amounts. After two months I got a mail to pay 1500 or submit the tikona modem. I have the modem and I am ready to give but no one came to collect the modem. So, I call to custmer care and tell about this issue.They says send a mail to "[protected]@tikona.in" and they will come and collect the modem. I sent a request mail but I didn't get any response. after one month again I got a demand notice and I again call to customer care and sent a mail. But I didn't get any response. Following up I sent several mails but I didn't get any single response. Today I got a call from lawyer saying that she is filing a case from Tikona side. Actually, I tried a lot to submit the modem but there is no local address of tikona where the modem can be returned by hand and the executives fail to come and collect it. I don't want this modem and there is no use of it. Today I call to customer care and as per his instructions I sent a mail to "[protected]@tikona.in". As per my mail the latest Ticket number is 1-[protected]. I didn't expect this type of service from your side. I am totally disappointed and you are mentally torturing me a lot.
