I have taken tikona connection on 15th Jan 2016 with offer period of waiver of initial connection charges. The connection is not stable and I am facing the issue from Day one and informed the the same to tikona and there is no proper support. I took connection in the month of Jan if I am not wrong, Plan 550 and I paid three months fee as suggest by your engineer. He also informed that Tikona is expecting call from me for resolving this issue. Kindly note that I cannot call your customer care and wait for 30 mins on line for speaking to your customer care as I found lot of waste time previously after taking your connection. Few insites of this billing issue: At the time of installation, your engineer confirmed that I am in offer period (Paying 3 months rental I will get 500 rupees waiver) and I payed amount of 2176 rupees considering the rental of 550 rupees as suggested by your engineer. Which clearly means that I need to get this connection till April 15th and after that I need to start paying the rentals. 2. Initial plan which was imposed by Tikona is 800 rupees plan and this is intimated at the time of installation and on the same day, I informed him I will go with 550 plan. However, as per Sandeep, I sent request to change of plan on 25th Jan which I never did. 3. Till now my connection is not working properly, however you are keep on following with me for the due reminders which is a mistake from our side. Do you have any proper softwares which can track all these and find out the odd man out here who created these problems. I am not at all happy with all your services and continuous mistakes which is suffering your customer, I have small doubt, is it happening with me or with all.
