[Resolved] Tikona — Tikona bill payment related threatening calls | |||
Hi, I am sheetal kadam. Currently staying in Pune. My customer id is [protected]. My internet connection was not working since 23rd sept. I tried calling customer care executive since then. Finally on 28th Sept my call was attended and customer care executive asked me to wait for 24 hrs to get the issue resolved. But the issue was not addressed in 24 hr. I had to call again to resolve the same. and still he said that I will have to wait for 24 more hours. In responce to this I requested him to put request for the termination and I do not want the issue to be resolved. The person at the other end said "ok. I have put request for the same and our person will come to your location for the same." Since then neither connection working nor tikona person has visited my place to get the router back. But they have asked the payment for the seven days o[censored]sage. Now instead of replying to the emails which I had sent to the customer care they have asked me for the payment. Some person called me from the phone and threaten me to pay the bills. Was this information helpful? | |||
