[Resolved] Tikona — Tikona billing | |||
My id [protected] This is s singh from bangalore, i was using tikona broadband service and after asking to close the service they generated bill for following month. Now they called me from a mobile number+[protected] India - saying, i am priya mehra a advocate from kakrduma court and, tikona have launched a complain against you and you have to submit the amount within half hour. Now they are not picking up the phone on that number. Also she was saying this is a court line and everthing is being recorded. Also i spoke to customer care, my internet was not working for month, and ask for engineer to resolve no one came in, and again i called customer care they said ok sir you dont have to pay bill, and next month they double to 1300rupee, Please take a strong action against her...
