[Resolved] Tikona — Tikona Broadband Connection | |||
My name sachindra Bisht. Its been 10 days I have opted Tikona broadband with 40MBPS speed in Virar West. I was assured by tikona sales officer about speed. Whereas speed is pathetic. I am hardly getting 100 KBPS speed. i have already paid for 6 month. No help from customer care..everytime they ask for give 24 hrs, 48 hrs. But at the end issue is unresolved. When I asked for my refund.They stopped responding to my query. worst experience ever. Useless customer support and network support. Was this information helpful? | |||
