Tikona — Tikona Broadband Deactivation | |||||
Hi I had raised service deactivation request for Tikona Broadband User-[protected] services on 11-Oct-2015 with request no 1-[protected]. Tikona was suppose to call me within 24hrs to confirm this. However, I did not receive any call from them. I have tried to call customer care several times but they are not receiving my calls. I am fed up and frustrated with the pathetic customer care of Tikona as well as its internet services. Please close the connection from immediate effect.
