[Resolved] Tikona — Tikona broadband - harassing calls to clear bills though nothing due & connection closed long back | |||||
I had taken Tikona Broadband connection ID [protected]. But due to bad network and services, I had disconnected the connection and all the dues were cleared. Tikona Broadband representative came and taken away the CPE devices and cables. Even though after clearing the dues, they had sent a bill and a person called me and said he is from legal department from Delhi and bill is pending for the dues. I did not check and thought must be dues and paid the bill but later I realized it was a fake bill which I had paid and I have not used any services for this bill. Now, today again I received a message and a call from the No: [protected] and the lady said that you have bill due of amount Rs 1703.8 She said she is from the legal department. Seems, I am being harass by Tikona folks. I will register an FIR, if I get any such calls again. Tikona Team, request you to stop harassing people for the fake bills and STOP threatening.
