Hi consumer forum team, The tikona service provider has cheated us. While issuing a connection they showed us a faked speed, and after we did the full payment for a year the issue started coming. Our plan is of retail-10mbps but we are getting very low speed (300kbps-2mbps) most of the time. The issues are coming since beginning and they are not resolving it. Since beginning (2 months) we have continuously raised a complain almost every 1-2 days but they are not resolving it. I am asking for a refund but they are not refunding me, giving false assurance of resolving the issue again and again. At last after being fed-up of their false assurance/promises i am raising this complain. Kindly take it up further and help me in getting my money back. Date of incident: continuously occurring since installation past two months My user/client id is : [protected] and rate plan is :ecoula_c1 Plan: 10mb per sec but most of the time getting 500-1.2 mb/s Desirable resolution : full refund including the installation charges. Attached is the session history of mine downloaded from their syst7em. Kindly note most of the time i am not even able to download even 50 mb. The history of complain cant be seen in their system, only current active complain is visible, must be intentional. Although i have complain ids in the sms.
