I was using tikona broadband but later i asked them to cease my connection i spoke to their concerned person, but then to they did not cancel my connection and they raised bill and then they started calling me to pay the dues which i am not liable as i has stated clearly to cease connection from my end and i had not used connection at all. The worst part is i am getting threatening calls from advocate who spoke very badly with cheap language and they are literally harassing me to pay dues which i am not liable. And even they had sent me papers at my place stating that they will take legal actions... Kindly help me with this problem... My broadband id is [protected]...

I faced a similar problem with Spectranet. I had written to them as well as called the customer care and gave them disconnection request at least 15 days in advance. Still they raised a new quarterly bill for me and expected me to pay.
I called them a few times (Recorded all calls) and wrote to the CEO, finally they realized their mistake and stopped bothering me.
