[Resolved] Tikona — Tikona broadband/waiver issue | |||||
My id for tikona is [protected].last month i had a whole month connectivity problem before 2 months. month every day i call to customer care[protected] and speaked daily for nearly 20 to 45 mins and they will send a enginner daily and simply they will tell "There is no issue with your side, and the issue is with us, we will resolve it in 24 hrs"and they will go and nothing will happen.This same cycle continuous for 1 month, every day and i get only 4 to 5 hrs of connectivity daily and they resolve it after a month then why should i pay that month bill so i have requested for waiver their executives in chennai branch lied to me that we will waiver that month bill Rs 608 and collected me last month bill and gave me promise and sent a ticket no : 1-[protected] and i paid the last month bill Rs 800 Transaction Details Amount: 800.00 Service ID: [protected] Gateway ID: [protected] Transaction ID: [protected]PAYU[protected] Result: SUCCESS and now they are again asking me to pay the bill Rs 608.Please take action on this issue soon.
