[Resolved] Tikona — tikona - charging for not used service & harassing now with calls | |||
Dear sir/madam, Need your help against internet service provider - tikona infinet limited, i am filling this complain against tikona infinet limited (Tikona digital networks) who are asking me to pay rs 1460 for the service which i have never used. I applied for internet service in july for 3 months and whose amount i paid upfront. Due to bad service the internet was not working and i called customer support but they couldn't resolve issue. So i decided to stop using their service and told them to disconnect on phone call. But they never disconnected and after 3 months of service they automatically renewed plan which i never asked to and i have proof in attach pdf where it is showing i have never used their service but they are still charging me. I called them 10-20 times but they never disconnected and my friend suggested to drop email for a proof and then i drop email on 6th nov 2019 and they finally disconnected and asking me to pay 1460 rs which i never used. Now i am getting call from lawyer or some one from tikona who are harassing me to pay or they will file legal case. Need your help on this. I am attaching billing from tikona and you can see total usage is 0 in all bills. I am raising this complain on behalf my brother - nilesh khatti. Please help! Was this information helpful? | |||
