I have complained 3 times in this month. Today is only 11th april 2020. Today only there is no internet connection from today afternoon. Also from jan 2020 i am facing similar problem every month on an average 6-7 times. I have complained several times but it is of no use. Everytime same issue crop up again and again. It's very disgusting to use your services with slow speed, frequent disconnection and at times totally no internet connection. Also i had made several emails regarding disconnection of my service but every time they send engineer to my place resolve the issue temporarily and again after few days the same issue crop up. Like this i am wasting my valuable money by paying their bill.
