[Resolved] Tikona — Tikona cheating and poor service. | |||
I have been using tikona since last 2 month and not a single day i get speed what i paid for. i have been reguarly calling tikona and complaining but no action is taken, they make excuse every time... everyday they ask for 24hour time. but nothing happens. not even senior officer are available to listen to complaints. and call centre people are thought to blame on customer computer if customer gets problem regularly. i tested their network on 3 system. my 2 laptops and PC. same low speed and very high letancy..its been 2 months now. and still they seem not to care at all. im really in need of some higher person with power to deal with them. I hope u guys can help. neither they are ready to return the money nor resolving the problem. im stuck with lower speed and poor service by tikona.
