[Resolved] Tikona — Tikona closing the connection | |||
I was using tikona connection for about 2 year. Now due to personal reason, i was wishing to close the account. since Apr-2016 i was not using tikona connection. But till now representative from Tikona did not gave proper process to close the account. i really fed-up with the tikona respresentatives, when i ask question, without any intimation, they are cutting the calls and it happened many times. You will be charged up to your disconnection request date or billing cycle date or last usage date whichever is later. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps.
