[Resolved] Tikona — Tikona connection Close status | |||||
I have closed my tikona connection(Customer ID - [protected]) in October 2015 and paid all the due amount that time. Still I was getting the bill charge by tikona, so called customer care in January 2016 and requested them close this immediately. But no one take that seriously and now collection department is calling me and giving me threats for legal notice. I want to inform you that i have all the bills and which i paid as well as mail of connection closer request. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Yes, I have all the doc and email from the tikona where i had requested for disconnection. Today, got email from them saying that your connection is terminated because of the non payment of the due amount. The funny part is that I had requested them for disconnection.
I am planning the legal action against them surely.
