I have made the payment in the month of march to avail internet services from tikona. However the installation did not happen due to national lock down due to covid. I have taken connection with a local cable as my work was getting hampered however i am still awaiting a refund of the below amount from tikona due to non installation and usage of thier services. I have emailed them multiple times since march however not getting any resolution or update.
