I raised a disconnection request on 30-May-2016 by calling Tikona customer care. They stopped my rentals but kept my user ID active. I many times called Tikona customer care number and asked them to terminate the services completely to which they never responded positively and kept calling me asking me to switch back to my previous plan.
As they did not terminate services of my account I unplugged LAN cable from their rooftop device which was connected to my system so that no possibility remain of internet usage and bill. But they sent me a bill of 108 INR on 13/09/2016.
It is logically unacceptable that they could generate the bill even without direct internet connectivity and usage.
