Tikona — Tikona Digital Networks is asking to pay bill and does not provide updates on waiver request | |||||
Tikona Account UID: [protected] Hello, I gave a request to Tikona in the first week of September 2015 to discontinue my internet connection from 24 September 2015 but Tikona did not do disconnect my line. As per TRAI rules, it should be done with within 7 days after receiving request disconnection request: http://trai.gov.in/Content/faq_subcat_details/74_1_1.aspx#D_175 I am also getting many automated calls / SMS from you to pay outstanding bill. I consider this as harassment from Tikona and would file a harassment case against Tikona if this will not stop soon. Also I requested waiver amount of last 2 years and after multiple request, you failed to provide any updates to me. Tikona has cheated me. I was entitled for 4MBPS line and I used to get 10KBPS to 200KBPS internet speed. I filed many complain but Tikona failed to solve the issue. Finally I decided to discontinue the line. If you took 2 months to discontinue the line, why shall I pay to you? This is against the TRAI rules. Tikona support told me over phone that if I will continue their service then they will provide waiver. What is the use of having such bad internet connection and I declined to use the service and then I did not get any updates on my waiver request.
