[Resolved] Tikona — Tikona digital networks services down 15 days | |||||
Dear consumer team, My id is [protected] and when got connection the speed was approx. 4mbps - rs750+taxes, I have complaining since last 15 days, we are not getting proper response from tikona, whenever we called to customer service always they replied there is no issue but here we are not getting speed and not able to login tikona portal, I requested many time to send technician to check out the issue but no one coming to attend our complaint.
