I logged a disconnection request on 3rd August 2021, then after getting lot of calls from Tikona executives telling me to retain the connection or transfer to my friends, I denied and requested for disconnection everytime.
After 15 days completed they were still calling me with same sets of questions (earlier they told connection will be disconnected in 15days but no confirmation till now 21 August, 2021).
I just want to disconnect this broadband.
I logged disconnection request on 3rd August, 2021 and my next billing cylcle started on 7th August, 2021 (both Tikona router and receiver are powered off from 3rd August), I just want this connection to be disconnected. Was this information helpful? |
