[Resolved] Tikona — TIkona Harassing for CPE charges | |||||
Cust ID:[protected] I have requested for disconnection (on call from registered num)on 4th April 2015 and asked them to disconnect immediately. I even asked them to take away whatever they have installed. But tikona didn't disconnect after so many times calling them. (I called for more than 20 times, is this not a harassment? and every time i called them i said please disconnect i even pleaded them sometimes). But no response and they were generating bill every month (all the bills were wrong). On September 8th they mailed regarding disconnection( 5 months later i even forgot about that disconnection request). I got a call from unkown number stating that we are going to take away CPE, i said yes you can. But they never came. I called customer care so many times about wrong billing and to take away the device. Now they are haressing me saying i didnot submit CPE. Was this information helpful? | |||||
