[Resolved] Tikona — Tikona Harassment and not disconnecting services | |
Dear Sir, Due to very very poor connection and poor service of tikona broadband i have stoped using internet from 07 Jan 2022 and had requested to customer care several times to disconnect the service due to their negligence it was not disconnected by them and now they are asking me to pay Rs.935. sending legal notice and harassing several times on call with fake advocate. I have taken 5 months internet service (jan 22 to may 22) and i was not using internet from 07 Jan and now they are asking me to pay amount. I got so many calls asking me full amount of 5200 rs and forcing me to used this services, I said so many times them that I dont want to renew this services kindly disconnect this services than also they are sending me sms and emails and notices from advocates I request you to please look into such proud company and taught a good lesson to them.
