This is to complain against the tikona service providers. We used to have a tikona connection (Consumer id:[protected]) for a few months. The speed was very poor and many a time there was no internet at all. This was very frustrating and even after many complaints, the issue was not fixed permanently. So we decided to close the connection. So days before our next cycle starts, we called the local tikona manager (Name: venkat) for closing the connection. We asked him to immediately stop the service, take the router back and return our deposit as well. To which he replied that there would be no deposit returning and router can be kept with us, which we found very unprofessional. After a few weeks, we started getting calls from tikona customer care asking for the due amount which we never used as we had already stopped using tikona way before our next cycle. We informed them the same that we had already asked many a time to close the connection and no internet services were taken from our end hence we would not be paying a single penny. But day in, day out we were still getting calls from tikona customer care asking for the due amount and we kept informing them the same thing again and again. Today we received a call from reema singh bhatia who said to be an advocate from delhi high court and asked to pay the due amount else case would be filed in the next 15 minutes.
