Complain given to tikona care from 8th jan 2016. check your call detail. I have call in day 2 to 3 time since 2nd jan 2016. my mob No : [protected]
Don't give me fool less answer. tikona team has not working properly. still not a single call come from your end. today is 26th January 2016. one month completed today.

With regards to your concern, we would like to inform you that we have addressed your service disconnection request and on that basis we have stopped charging you rentals for the service. You will be charged up to your disconnection request date or billing cycle date or last usage date whichever is later. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps.

Still i have not received single call four your end.

Very very very poor service by your end. I have also close your connection from my 5 frds..
I have called for your toll free number for 30 times in last 20 days.. but no result for any single call..
