[Resolved] Tikona — Tikona has no disconnection policy - user id [protected] | |||||
Userid [protected] I had requested disconnection on 18th january 2016 to user id [protected] having billing cycle paid and ending on 25th january 2016. Reason being shifting from the present address by end of january 2016. Seems tikona has no policy for disconnection - intention is to delay and continue to bill user. Executive will not be send to collect equipment and connection will be kept active thus billable. My email send yesterday the 19th of january 2016 will explain Dear tikona, I am receipt of 1) a telecall from [protected] at 19th jan 2016 at 5:29 pm and 2) your email from tikona.[protected]@tikona.In recd on 19th jan 2016 at 5:30 pm As per 1) above the tele executive never confirmed my request for disconnection and only applied delay tactics like offering some long term hold plan or i should find someone to tranfer the connection or to process only the change of address. Despite my repeated request it was just a "retention" call As per 2) the email says -"efforts to resolve valid issues to your satisfaction are not successful, then the monthly bill charges shall be applicable only till the next bill cycle date based on your last usage date or disconnection request date whichever is later. Kindly note during the course of retention if your account shows usage post the current bill cycle, then your account will be kept active & it would confirm you wish to continue with the services." please disconnect at end of my billing cycle which is 25 january 2015 - no question o[censored]sage beyond 25th jan 2016 will arise. It is disheartening to known that tikona is not having any policy of confirming disconnection or any intent to send its executive to take away the equipment. I clearly see attempts to buildup a dispute under the guise of continuity and failure to surrender connection equipment. I am categorically stating that i would be leaving the present address by the end of this month of january 2016. It is tikona responsibility to collect and conclude the connection. Bill till 25th of january 2016 is paid in advance. Any further billing beyond 25th january 2016 will be illegal on part of tikona and charges or disputes if any will be contested at full cost to tikona.
