Even after multiple reminders Tikona not sending the Confirmation Email that they have Closed the Connection from their side???
Then every now and then they email about plan change etc.
Tikona does not talk when I call on their customer contact phone number and their voice message says that email for any concerns but when I email them they don't reply.
How many times they need the reminders to close the connection??
I sent an email to close the connection on 28th Nov 2021.Still they are sending the bill.
All my dues have been cleared as I was disconnecting request in advance of my connection cycle.
