[Resolved]  Tikona — Tikona Internet Connection Dilemma

Since May 2015, I never got proper connectivity from Tikona. I Complained by phone and e-mail several times. But no result. I also requested for surrender Tikona Service but no action. I have lost money and time both due to your irresponsible activities.

Now since a month I am getting mails, messages and phone calls from Tikona Billing Department and Outsides to pay last billing. I am really surprise and feeling irritation. Here I make it clear again. I pay Tikona 6 month plan charges in advance. I already paid you (Tikona) 6 months advance payment in March-April. And I got only two months proper service (March and April). I urged several times for giving me proper service or surrender the service. But still neither of any resolution have been made from Tikona.

Now I am getting threatening phones from un-identified mobile numbers to pay Rs 1400 and sometime Rs 2100 to resolve this issue or Tikona will proceed case against me.
