[Resolved] Tikona — Tikona internet not working properly from last 2 months and now stopped working from last 15 days | |||||
I will be registering case against tikona on monday in consumer forum court. Tikona customer care has mentally harassed me from last 15 days and fooled me saying you internet will be fixed in next 24 hours whereas now its more than 360 hours my issue still not resolved. I request atleast 10 times to disconnect my connection but tikona senior department keep on saying give them 24 hours to fix the problem which they never did. On 23rd september i called tikona helpline number for 3 hours but still my call never went ahead to customer care.
