Tikona Id-[protected] I have disconnected my connection (due to worse speed and poor service, wrong bill amount) last year Nov 2014 and paid my all due balance along with extra amount of about Rs 1200.After all settlement they have not returned my money yet.I have called and email number of times but not getting any response.I am still waiting for my money.Prior to bill payment i always has been suffered from wrong Bill amount, Harassment through phone call, Not processing disconnection Request, after disconnecting sending bills.
