[Resolved] Tikona — Tikona is harassing me for connection number [protected] | |||||
Hi, I had several times asked Tikona through email to disconnect my connection as the speed was very poor and Tikona was unable to resolve the issue. Finally the disconnected the account after I refused to pay bills and now they are harassing me over calls and messages that they would file legal case against me. I do not understand why I should pay the bill when the connection does not work properly and when I had already several times written them to disconnect my connection.
