Tikona — Tikona is not giving my refund | |
Hello, i have been using a tikona connection in meerut with user id- [protected] for the last 1.5yr. i have already paid for full year 4 months back but due to personal reasons i have to shift to my home where there is no connection of tikona . i have called them multiple times regarding cancelling my subscription and giving me the refund for the remaining months but they keep deflecting me telling me that i must use the connection for the whole year even if i dont live at that place. i dont know anyone here so cant transfer the connection . all things has been explained numerous times by me but they keep denying me the refund . it has been 25 days since i used the connection . i dont know who to call or complaint is anyone is reading this please help me .
