I had paid an advance subscription fees of 1000/- for Tikona Broadband on 3th January'2022.
On very next day, before initialising any service from Tikona, I requested them not to go ahead, as my plan for getting broadband connection was postponed because they cannot give me connection in my building, and requested for refund of 1000/- paid and received by them just one day before.
They told me that refund will be automatically done after 10-15 days of realization.
Today more than 2 months are over, but they are neither refunding my money nor responding to any of my emails or phone.
Please help me.
