[Resolved]  Tikona — Tikona is not providing the F&F letter even after multiple follow-ups.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

My User ID is [protected] and i have requested for the disconnection because the internet service which was provided by Tikona was pathetic in my location. I have requested disconnection on 1st Sep 2016 and till today am following up on getting the F&F letter from Tikona. When i contacted their Customer care and i was assured that the devices whatever they have installed on my home will not be taken back as they have received 3 months rental from me but, they were not able to provide services and hence got the cancellation request. I have got multiple calls from Tikona for retaining my connection and when i refused to do so. They disconnected my connection and later after mail follow ups i got a mail from Tikona which stated my connection is terminated and i don't have to pay anything to them.

On[protected] i have got a mail from update.tikona where they said I have to return back their CPE devices else i will be charged 1500/- towards not returning the device and they will file a Criminal/ Legal case against me. They also have provided a wrong phone number on the mail and upon reminding them about this i again got a call from their customer care and one more mail was sent to me and again a wrong person's name was communicated. I have mailed them about this stating that it is not my mistake i they have failed to collect back their devices.

After all this mail exchanges and phone calls finally a person from Tikona called me on[protected] and he collected back all the devices from me on[protected]. I have mailed Tikona saying that the Tikona executive has collected back all the devices and have attached the copy of the acknowledgement along with the same mail. I have asked Tikona to provide me the F&F for the same through mail on[protected] and am still awaiting response from them. I have not got any mails or calls from Tikona after i surrendered them the CPE devices.

So, Still how much time i should wait for getting the F&F certificate from Tikona and why a customer is tortured and harrassed by these companies. Just opting their services and make them to exist in the market is a sin which customer is doing?

I hope you will provide me justice in this regard and oblige.
