Tikona — Tikona is not returning my money | |||||
To Consumer complaints division Dear Sir In Tikona mail- they are continuously saying for resolving my issue, or will not charge after my last usage, but where is the answer of my mail that when I will get my money back, if my account has been closed. Should I wait for life time, when this issue will be closed . while there service engineer has 3 times confirmed non visible or connection issue problem, which can not be resolved. With regards to your concern, we would like to inform you that we have addressed your service disconnection request and on the basis of your request we have stopped charging you rentals for the service. You will be charged up to your disconnection request date or billing cycle date or last usage date whichever is later. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps.
