[Resolved] Tikona — Tikona is sending me bills when i have asked for disconnection 1 month back | |||||
I would like to share an instance that happened with me while I opted for Tikona Broadband in Gurgaon. This has turned out to be the most disaster internet service provider that I ever opted for. At first it started with an excellent follow ups from their end when I was planning to take their services. Soon after the installation, it worked fine for 2 days and then it gave me the most stressful 2 months of time. I opted for 6 MBPS plan, and I never got speed in excess of 512 KBPS in continuation on a consistent basis, at most it reached to 1.5 MBPS and that too for a maximum of 15-20 minutes of time, not more than that. I kept sending them emails, to which their technical team had only one answer “from backend it is fine, just switch off and switch on the device”, and this approach never worked. There was not a single day, when the service was up and running without disruptions. Atleast 4-5 times that connectivity was lost for a consolidated time of 12-14 hours on daily basis. And now the most painful part……………. When I asked for the disconnection(after getting frustrated while sending daily mails and calls for no use), they literally begged to get a last chance and committed to make the experience better, which never happened to be the case. They keep the billing cycle continue, no matter if the services are down or almost down(with speed in 512 KBPS). They neither disconnect the connection, neither stop the billing cycle nor they improve the services. What continues is the ongoing calls and payment reminders. Was this information helpful? | |||||
