[Resolved] Tikona — tikona not closing the broadband connection | |||||
Tikona user id: [protected] I raised request to close the tikona connection on 30th april. Request number : 1-[protected]. However, i am receiving repeated customer service calls to transfer the service. They state that rental services are stopped, but services are continued at 2paise/mb charge.
