Tikona — Tikona not disconnecting my connection and sending fake bills | |||
Customer ID [protected] After facing a lot of technical issues and mental harassment I registered a disconnection request on 28 sept 2015.I have cleared all my billing amount upto date and now tikona is sending me fake bills even I paid them for that which I didn't use. Dear Tikona Care,
I requested you to disconnect my connection on 25 sept 2015 and I stopped using your services even before 25th of sept and you send me a fake bill in November and again in December. You are thinking that customers are fool. You are harassing each and every customer whether it is current or previous. I have no dues even I paid you which I did not use.
