[Resolved] Tikona — Tikona payment refund for failed transaction | |||
I did a payment for tikona on 17-03-17 via tikona quick pay, which got failed, however my money deducted from my bank account and I didn't get refund from tikona till now. I called customer care support but didn't get solution from them. My user Id is : [protected] My transaction ID is :[protected] Please refund my amount and give me detailed transaction information. I have initiated a transaction with Tikona wifi. A guy came to my place and told the network coverage is not good so he cant install Tikona brodband for me hence my money will be refunded. I did the transaction on 7feb and was told i will get a refund within 7-8days. I didnt get my refund yet. I tried contacting customer care a lot. Please refund.
