I have raised the issue to Tikona company that there is lots of interruption while using internet and each and every 5 minutes internet gets disconnected so was complaining the same issue from many days but then too there was no improvement. So finally had decided to discontinue with the service and Email to Tikona to back my money which I have already paid for annually, but even to revert on Email they were forcefully asking us to give them chance to improve there services and denying to give money back by deducting for the period have used therir service and discontinue from this month.
