I have applied new tikona broadband connection in month of jan. Engineer visited to my house and checked the feasibility as per their process and finalized other formalities. Wiring and other installation was done and so as payment was also made on the same day. User id was allotted later on but quite surprisingly i was not able to access internet/services not even once. Later on i was told that there are some technical issues and area was declared as non feasible. Meanwhile they have generated bill of 1836/- for the period passed since installation of services.I literally feeling like looted after this. It is more than 2 months passed, i still to start/ access services i have mailed issue many times lodged complaint on toll free no but all went in vain and issue still prevails till date. Their mumbai office keep calling once in a week and insist to stick to their service even after such poor services. I simply used to tell them you please refund my money if you can't provide me services. How much time i shall supposed to wait for such a petty issue. I need my money back. I am following from last two months, i can not follow up any more.
