My User ID is #[protected] used Tikona service for an year and i am quite happy with service. I shifted my house and requested to cancel service. They initially said rentals will be stopped with in a week and service will be cancelled later, as they said rental is stopped. I removed the LAN cable from the roof.
But now every day i am getting a message "Your Tikona account is charged 5paise/MB @4Mbps. Since you are using the service, we suggest you move to old plan to avoid high billing".
I contacted customer care but they are refusing to disconnect service and they say as per company policy we can only stop rental and your account will be always active.
All that i need now is to disconnect the service permanently not just stopping the rental. Was this information helpful? |
