Tikona — Tikona Regarding tikona disconnection request not taken and not refunded my extra amount

I had made a disconnection request for tikona since last 5 days due to service & support issues. but not taking response from tikona. So many times mail forwarded to [protected]@tikona.in but still pending. My bill is already paid till July 2023. Not refunding my extra amount.
Kindly take it as disconnection request and refund my extra amount.
